Welcome to our preview of this weekend's exciting racing action.
### **Huge Day of Racing 11th of April 2026**
As is typical, any big carnival will see the Australian Bloodstock colours prominent, and we have the following runners:
**Randwick Race 2 - 12.55pm - CHERRY BOMBSHELL**
Profiled all prep like a horse who is worth following next prep, but this has come up a super weak race, and she comes here with the 2nd best last start rating. It's a tricky gate, but she has been set for the race, which is a bonus as most of these haven't. We're in love with the each-way price of $14 and think that's massive overs. EW confidence 6/10.
**Newcastle Race 2 - 1.15pm - Alnair**
A nice filly who should get over ground, but this is a) a good maiden and b) from her tricky draw, she will get right back in a slow-run race. Definitely one to follow, but maybe not today. EW confidence is 5/10. $26 is very tempting EW all the same.
**Newcastle Race 2 - 1.15pm - Pietiero**
Forget her first run where nothing went right. This is a harder race again, so we think she will just be outclassed in a deep race. EW confidence 3/10.
**Randwick Race 3 - 1.30pm - Lord of Biscay**
The top weight and a very nice horse on his day, he comes into this in good form. The ground is always an issue with him, but from the draw, he gets a kind run and should be storming home late. Winning confidence is 7/10.
**Randwick Race 3 - 1.30pm - Midnight Opal**
Here is a value prospect. He's got form on good ground and, importantly, will be fitter than he has been all prep for this race. More importantly, he gets the blinkers on. Amazing value for a horse good enough to win, and each-way confidence is 6/10 in a typical open race.
**Randwick Race 3 - 1.30pm - Miss Busslinger**
Mares in form? She really attacked the line last start in a race she had no right to win, so she is trying, and barrier 1 could be worth 2-3 lengths tomorrow. She is a rough place hope from that draw. Place confidence is 4/10.
**Caulfield Race 8 - 4.15pm - Sayedaty Sadaty**
A quality animal who has won for us $746,143 already. He resumes here and, whilst good enough, this will be a WHITE HOT FORM race going forward. He will go back, and for mine, he will need the run. Place confidence 3/10, as whilst good enough, this is a super race.
**Doomben Race 8 - 4.43pm - Tenzing**
A winner of over $494k so far, he finds a race with limited speed. He gets a good inside draw to do no work, and the longer he is held up, the better to utilise his short, sharp sprint. He looks a good EW value play. Each-way confidence is 6/10.
**Doomben Race 8 - 4.43pm - Rising Pacific**
A winner of over $361k so far, he is a highly promising middle-distance horse resuming. He has a good record in slow-run races, which he finds here. Each-way confidence is 6/10, and perhaps a slight lean to him over his stablemate, especially at the $21 range EW.
Good luck to all the Connections, Jockeys, and Trainers.
